CALL TO ORDER, STATEMENT OF ADVERTISEMENT AND OPEN MEETING LAW NOTIFICATION:

The special meeting of the Board of Directors was called to order at 7:08 P.M. by Chairman Tim Knuth.

UENRD – GWMP LB 483 RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Dennis Schueth reviewed the UENRD GWMP rules and regulations page by page with recommendations and changes from the previous meeting with the board members. Discussion was held on flowmeter requirements, certification of acres, designated area, controls and phases.

ELM MODEL – USGS DRAFT REPORT:

Dennis Schueth explained that the group is still considering having a third party review of phase 2 of the draft report. The question was raised as to whether or not the changes were made to phase 1 of the report following its third party review. Dennis has received further information regarding the ELM model but did not receive it in time to have it ready for the meeting. He will forward the information to the Directors for their review.

EXCUSED ABSENCES

]It was moved by Ted Hughes and seconded by Jerry Childers to excuse the absence of Gregg Felker, Curtis Gotschall, Jerry Heithoff, Jim Keller, Jeff Krebs & Roy Stewart. AYE: Childers, Dierks, Dvorak, Green, Hughes, Knuth, Koinzan, Russman & Wiles. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT: Felker, Gotschall, Heithoff, Keller, Krebs & Stewart. MOTION CARRIED.

OTHER:

Dennis Schueth asked to the Directors to review the handouts in their folders regarding the IMP process and the request by Game & Parks and Fish & Wildlife to have input regarding the NRDs IMP plans.

There being no further business to come before the Board of Directors, the meeting was adjourned at 9:35 PM
